Hotel Gaudi

Right in the heart of Barcelona, you can admire the fascinating architecture of the Palau Güell by Gaudí, and just opposite lies the Hotel Gaudí, only 100 meters from Las Ramblas. The Hotel Gaudí, which has been welcoming guests since 1964, offers stylish rooms, some of them decorated in Art Nouveau style to emulate Gaudí himself. From many of its rooms and the magnificent rooftop terrace are exclusive views of the chimneys of Gaudí’s Palau Güell, as well as incredible panoramic vistas of the entire city, Port Vell, the mountain of Montjuïc and the Gothic Quarter. The property boasts a fitness center, TV lounge with international channels, free computer room, meeting room, car parking, 24-hour reception desk, and porter. Stylish, renovated rooms and with all home comforts: adjustable air conditioning and heating, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (including rooms), parquet floors, flat-screen TV with international channels and direct dial telephone.  Bathrooms with bath (or shower) and hairdryer, some with a whirlpool shower.

Flights

Flights to/from Barcelona International Airport (BCN) are NOT included, but don't worry we will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. We are more than happy to help you find good flights; we have a few websites we recommend as well as some travel agencies to help you find the flight that works best for you.

Passport & Visa Information

You can review the U.S. Government travel information here for Spain: https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/country/spain.html

Shared Rooms

You are welcome to share a room with your friends, or if you are traveling solo we will match you with someone totally awesome. A limited number of private rooms are available.

Solo Travel is Awesome

Traveling solo is an incredible way to make new friends. While you are always welcome to book a private room, sharing rooms can be cheaper and is so much more fun. We will take the time to match you with someone just as amazing as you. Be sure to check out videos from our past retreats and you'll see the great friendships that were formed. Making new friends is the best part of the adventure.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, we request that all travelers purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance protects your investment in your trip and depending upon the plan you purchase; you can get coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and the loss or theft of your personal gear. We recommend  World Nomads and you can  visit their site to purchase insurance and get more information.  You can find World Nomads' Help Center here. You are welcome to purchase travel insurance through any company you desire.
